Prenatal Yoga

Practicing prenatal yoga in pregnancy offers many benefits, including improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, decreasing lower back pain, nausea, headaches & shortness of breath, and building strength, flexibility & endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

In our weekly practice you will:

Release tension and move your body in ways that can ease common discomforts of pregnancy.

Appreciate, trust, and tune in to your changing body, deepening your connection with your body and your baby.

Practice openness, breath, and surrender - preparing mind, body, and spirit for birth and motherhood.

​

In addition to group classes in-studio, at client request, we have created on-demand Sleepy Mama Yoga to use as part of your bedtime routine or relaxation practice.
