Classes are designed to prepare both the birthing person and their support person for what they can expect in the stages of labor, as well as techniques to manage labor. You will learn actions you can take to support healthy pregnancy and prepare for labor. Other topics include: breastfeeding and baby care, birth plans, working with your birth team, and education on variations and intervention options.
87% of birthing people trained in the Bradley Method® achieve spontaneous, unmedicated births.
Classes are team-taught by myself and my husband, Jason. He provides insight helpful to birth partners and an authentic perspective on the partner's role in birth and beyond.
Classes are structured in a 12-week series and meet for two hours once a week. Please contact me to find a series appropriate for your due date.
