Congratulations on your pregnancy and the upcoming arrival of your baby! You have made an excellent choice in preparing for the birth of your baby with Wonderfully Made Birth Services!
In this 1-hour workshop, you will build confidence for labor as you and your support person practice hands-on techniques and labor positions with guidance, feedback, and tips from a certified birth educator and experienced birth doula. You'll try out specific comfort measures your support person can use to help you have a more comfortable birth.
This workshop is a nice add-on to one of our birth classes, a nice refresher for experienced birthers, and a nice "dress rehearsal" to have you both feeling ready to work as a team through your labor!
