About the event
Move your body, bond with your little one, and be in community with other moms in a supportive space.
If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it, but it's not required. Additionally, for the Baby & Me class, we encourage you to bring a blanket for babe.
Come ready to move, breathe, connect, and play!
This class is best for ages 6 weeks – 1 year
Class fee: $25 per mama, per class.
